Center for Recovery and Empowerment (C.O.R.E. )  is a new program for intensive outpatient services for youth in Richmond, CA (West Contra Costa County). The program is for residents 14-18 years old needing substance use disorder treatment. The program includes high school credits, meals, transportation, adventure therapy, outings, mental health and substance abuse counseling, and more. The program is MHSA funded so the only payment needed is the participant’s and/or their support system’s commitment to participate.
