In our November 26 Main Street News, we shared some exciting Downtown updates, including that Safe Return Project was in the process of getting a new sign for their office on Macdonald Avenue. Throughout the week we enjoyed watching the sign come to life. On Friday, we stopped to catch up with the artist just as he was putting the final touches on the design. Nakari Syon is a Richmond resident, artist, and Downtown regular though his work with Rich City Rides. We absolutely love the bright, bold colors and dynamic lettering. Nakari also shared that he creates custom painted t-shirts and is working towards turning his artistic talents into a business. We look forward to working with him to make this a reality!
