Last week was PACKED full of activity for us! On Monday, in partnership with the Richmond Police Department and Crime Prevention, we hosted Coffee with a Cop at M&O Mart, near Richmond BART. Residents and commuters stopped by for a free cup of coffee and to chat with their neighborhood police officers.
Then on Tuesday, Executive Director Amanda Elliott and Outreach Coordinator Alicia Gallo, headed south to Downtown Livermore to learn all about the new California Main Street Alliance membership program, refresh their Main Street Approach toolkit, and network with sister California Downtown revitalization organizations. The following day, the dynamic duo attended the West Contra Costa Economic Summit to share the good news about Downtown development, spread the word about Youth Entrepreneur Day, and join us for a Taste with Main Street!
