The AHEAD grant will support local entrepreneurs through the RMSI Ensuring Opportunities for Entrepreneurs in Richmond project. We are pleased to receive this award with support from Community Vision (formerly NCCLF) as the member who recommended our application. As Richmond undergoes significant changes, we will continue to support local businesses to build their capacity to grow and sustain their businesses.
About the AHEAD Grant
The Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco is pleased to announce that they have awarded $1.5 million in grants through our 2019 AHEAD Program. A complete list of this year’s winners and project details is posted on the Bank’s website. This year, the Bank received 193 applications requesting almost $8.3 million in funding, and awarded $1.5 million in grants to 55 projects that will boost economic development activity and promote stability and self-sufficiency in communities throughout Arizona, California and Nevada. Grant amounts ranged from $20,000 to $50,000.
