The teen-produced murals at the southwest corner of Macdonald and Harbour Way had been hit by graffiti. 

In response to a request for help, concerned folks in the City Manager’s office and the Arts Council recruited young artists Lucy and Zakyah, and some friends. 

They removed the graffiti and refreshed the panels. 

The murals were originally a Richmond Art Center Art 10 project, sponsored by Chevron Corporation.
